My daughter was introduced to this game at school and she got so interested, last school holiday, she attended a one day indoor hockey clinic, this also includes an 8 week competition every Sunday, so for the next 7 weeks our Sunday will include a morning hockey games.

Indoor Hockey is a faster version of field hockey, played on a Basketball court with 6 players no off side and no lifting of the ball except for shots at goal. This fun and exciting concept developed from field hockey makes it a fun and easier game to play for everyone, especially beginners and kids.

Indoor hockey is a game of speed, agility and tactics. It is a game where one pushes the ball. Hitting the ball is illegal

This is my daughter pushing the ball, they need to have their own hockey stick, wear a shin pad to protect their legs and they also need a mouth guard. They can wear any sports shoes. Today's Score is 7- 5. They did not win but it was a good game.

I must confess that I don't know much about this game but from watching I think I am going to learn and enjoy this game as a spectator.
